2. Tawarruq (Commodity Murabahah)

3. Bai Bithaman Ajil (BBA)

4. Musharakah Mutanaqisah (Diminishing Partnership)
Alternative untuk home financing
- Bank dan customer jadi co-owners
- Customer gradually beli bank's portion setiap bulan

5. Ijarah (Leasing)
